Metallic surface hardening process (Metal Powder Jetting process)

   

It can be made surface hardening and toughness enhancement by jetting the particles of about 10μm on the metal surface (iron) without ant deformation on the surface. It means that metal fatigue strength improvement and abrasion resistance improvement drastically.

It is possible to process it according to a small lot.
